Calories or Points that are the equivelent of one man that needs to diet and one woman that needs to diet or:
- Dinner plans that are complete easy and tasty of 15 points for her and 30 points for him or roughly menus that provide 1/3 for her and 2/3ds for him.
- Same in Calories; he has a 2500 calorie per day goal and she has a 1250 calorie day goal.
